The Joomla Community is moving to Joomla 1.5. Currently, there is only one Syndicate solution for Joomla 1.5 Native named “JLord RSS Creator”

@Eric: I suggest that you also take a look at Feedburner to push your Feed.

I also changed from RD Rss Feed to DS Syndication for more flexibility.

Once you run your feed through Feedbruner, als make sure to claim your Blog at Technorati.com

last thing is to look at a Tag component so your keywords show in your content so they are send to the Feed as wel.

I’m using the Run Digital RSS Feed. I’m trying to have my blog picked up by a blog aggregator which sorts entries by their tags. I expected this to be taken from the Metadata keywords, so I dilligently filled all of those out. However, my blog is not being picked up properly. Upon investigating the RSS Feed XML – there are no categories being sent with the blog entries (items).
Anyone know if there’s a way to get the items sending the categories properly? (other than writing the code myself)

@Steve: If I understand your question correctly, you want to use the feed from woostercollective on your website?

If I pick up the feed http://www.woostercollective.com/rss/index.xml it works fine, and redirects to http://feeds.feedburner.com/wooster

On your site I can see the feed running also, so I guess it was just a minor problem with Feedbruner…

As for the http://feeds.feedburner.com/tcritic that runs as well, so if this it the one that goes wrong in your testmodule, you should check of the link is written the write way.

Maybe you can point me in a direction. Previously I had successfully used feeds from Tcrtic (which uses feedburner) and the woostercollective. For some reason they stopped working. If I use woostercollectives atom feed it displays perfectly, and if I use a feed ending in “.rss” or “?feed=rss2″ it works fine. I’ve even used third party tools to no avail.
Please guide me somewhere. Please.
